Hardware Integrator
As the Hardware Integrator of two iterations of this product (Gen 1 & Gen 2) I managed the global hardware team using SCRUM to ensure all deliverables were met for each milestone. I was also the scrum master who helped the team when dependencies or issues arose during our sprint. I also had the opportunity to run a project to release an upgrade kit which allowed the customer to upgrade their older system to the XR240amx platform.
The XR240amx was a iteration product of GE HealthCare's XR220 mobile X-ray system. The XR240amx introduced the FlashPad™ HD digital detectors to the market and included in-bin charging and communications capability within the product. No longer did clinicians need to worry about detector cables, now the communication is wireless.
