I managed this product from inception to product release from both a product management and program management perspective.
This innovative project was based off customer feedback and industry trends, ensuring a product that meets the needs of both consumers and the growing market. It required an advanced technology development (ATD) program where we had to create an abstraction layer within our software. As the Program manager I drove this ATD 6 months ahead of schedule by combining milestones, reducing high level risks and ensuring the software platform design supported being detector agnostic. I also created the business case for which would support the integration into the x-ray portfolio.
Following the ATD we successfully merged our software branch with the main and continued integration and testing within the AMX™ Navigate program. During the program as the Detector Senior Product Manager I established strong relationships with primary and secondary customers, while engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather feedback for product improvements. I also worked with the regions on the global rollout of the product, including attending RSNA to introduce this product to the industry. I worked with internal stakeholders to set pricing globally and also completed contracts with key suppliers setting both pricing and quality standards.
