Brendan Reinke

As the senior project manager for the cardiology segment of Baxter I managed multiple projects concurrently for several products that are offered under the brands of Hill-Rom, Mortara, Burdick, and Baxter.
For this role I was on the sustaining side of the business which offered new insights beyond production release. I managed projects for entering new markets such as China and Brazil, projects to sustain production as components have gone end of life i.e. qualifying & releasing new circuit boards, and projects transferring manufacturing ownership.
I primarily used waterfall project management for these projects but also utilized Full Monte SRA for schedule analysis to reduce uncertainty in deliverable outcomes.
