Lead Program Integrator
I managed this program utilizing both Agile and Waterfall approaches from the M1 Program Definition phase through the M4 Full Production phase. I led the global system, subsystem/platform, software, supply chain, service, QA, RA, research project leaders to complete their deliverables on time, within budget and with required features/functionality. I managed the mE (evaluation) by working with four different KOL sites to schedule the evaluations, gain their continuous feedback, coordinate material and observers, and ensure the product is functioning as expected.
During this program I also managed the release and productization of new artificial intelligence applications embedded as SAAS within the x-ray systems software. I also helped create the claims matrix and develop multiple claims which were used within product literature and tradeshows.
As a result of customer feedback I also led a team of 50 engineers to develop a system demonstration mode for the AMX Navigate enabling customers to simulate their patient exam workflow.
The AMX™ Navigate is GE HealthCare's most recent release for the mobile X-ray segment. This program introduced a number of new hardware features including a new industrial design, lithium Ion batteries, larger capacitive touchscreen, LED collimator, and the collapsible column. The program also delivered some key software features including the release of a new AI algorithm within the Critical Care Suite, the first offering of SaaS features, and a renewed layout within the OS.
